Analyst/Senior Analyst, DTTL People Team
Work you’ll do
· Deliver top-quality client service; represent the Talent/People Advisory function for Deloitte Global. Interface with local client population, where appropriate, to facilitate straightforward local issues. Use judgment to escalate non-routine problems to the appropriate Talent Advisor/HR Leader who will determine course of action for resolution.
· Support goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end performance management by handling logistics, gathering and consolidating Talent Review data, and summarizing meeting results for Talent Advisors to review and share with business leaders. Assist employees with system issues and provide insights on performance management to help Talent Advisors make informed decisions about other HR processes.
· Organize logistics for all Talent Advisory team meetings and utilize tool (Vizier) for Performance Management data analysis to assist during meetings.
· Coordinate employee participation on required Deloitte learning programs working directly with the client – To work on Nomination eligibility list based on criteria defined, help with processing exception requests, etc
· Manage end-to-end HRIS system transactions by collaborating with CoE teams and collecting necessary information. Accurately process all HR-related actions, such as new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and cost center changes, while meeting established deadlines.
· Understand the HR website and other Deloitte online resources to better serve and educate the client on self-service via the Intranet.
· Deliver excellent service, in line with HR process requirements, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.
· Assist the CoE team with the onboarding process, including helping with orientation activities, assigning buddies, and sending welcome emails.
· Own end-to-end exit process/ interviews – Manage exit process including data collection, interviews and management and analysis of exit surveys.
· Assist with year-end compensation process as required
· Run reports and data analysis for Talent Advisors and our clients as required
· Maintain employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations
· Participate in ad hoc HR projects as needed (e.g. employee survey administration; preparing communications & presentations; learning program nominations, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement)

The team
The Global People team is the HR services center for the Global Organization of Deloitte (DTTL). An arm of the Global People group, they undertake the entire spectrum of HR service offerings from sourcing, exit management to HRIS system administration & reporting. Some of those activities are job offer rollout, onboarding newly hired professionals, employee care, R&R processing, database management, performance management support, year-end compensation activities, executive reporting and exit management.
Systems and reporting team is the hub of the DTTL Talent Data Centre, helping the Global Firm with its Talent data and analytics. The data we provide and our consultative services are used by different groups of the firm to drive people strategy in terms of the following (and not limited to):
- Headcount Forecast
- Hiring
- Retention
- Promotions
- Internal Mobility
- Compensation
- Development
- Workforce Planning
- Performance Management
Qualifications Required:
- MBA-HR (Tier 2 & 3 colleges)
- 2-3 years of work experience – Analyst; 4-6 years of work experience – Senior Analyst
- Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of HR procedures and processes
- Experience dealing with difficult people in an effective and professional manner
- Effective project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Application (Word, PPT, Excel, OneNote etc.); knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SharePoint & MS Copilot preferred
- A client-service focus; a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when fast-paced settings
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Ability to organize work in a fluid and fast-moving environment
- Impeccable judgment and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to advise on sensitive issues and facilitate local issues
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ensure quality of all standard Human Resources function and firm wide reports
