Role Overview
The Senior Consultant will provide operational, project management, and coordination support to the People Advisory Leader. This role focuses on enabling smooth leadership operations through meeting coordination, materials preparation, action tracking, and execution support across key People Advisory priorities.
The role partners closely with leadership, executive assistants, and enabling teams to ensure priorities are well-organized, communicated, and followed through, while operating under the direction of senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Support & Coordination
· Support day-to-day activities for the People Advisory Leader
· Partner with executive assistants to coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and follow-ups
· Track leadership priorities, decisions, and action items; escalate risks or blockers as needed
· Serve as a coordination point between leadership and supporting teams
Leadership Meetings & Cadence
· Support recurring People Advisory leadership meetings and operating cadence
· Collect, organize, and distribute meeting materials and pre-reads
· Capture meeting notes and action items; maintain action trackers
· Support planning and logistics for leadership meetings and off-sites under guidance
· Maintain leadership repositories and shared sites
Initiative & Project Support
· Provide project support for People Advisory initiatives and programs
· Assist with workplan tracking, timelines, and status updates
· Coordinate inputs across stakeholders and consolidate information
· Prepare draft status updates and executive-ready materials
Communications Support
· Support internal People Advisory communications in partnership with communications teams
· Assist with drafting leadership updates, presentations, and internal messages
· Maintain leadership communications calendars and distribution lists
Operational & Governance Support
· Assist with business continuity, governance, or operational readiness activities
· Support documentation, tracking, and reporting
· Ensure materials and records are accurate and up to date
Professionalism & Confidentiality
· Handle sensitive leadership and business information with discretion
· Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with senior leaders
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Experience supporting senior leaders, teams, or initiatives
· Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance
· Experience working with virtual or geographically dispersed teams
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a consulting, PMO, or operations support role
· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience preparing leadership materials
· Familiarity with People, Talent, or Advisory functions
