Senior Analyst – Global Talent Acquisition Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 3 – 4 years
Shift Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst in Global Talent Acquisition Operations, you will support the acquisition of talent across several countries. You will support a wide variety of centrally managed Talent Acquisition processes related to: Requisition Management, Sourcing/Socialization, Interview Coordination, Feedback Gathering, and Documentation Compliance. You will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Interview Coordination:
• Lead the coordination and scheduling of interviews for experienced hires across global locations and time zones.
• Manage logistics for virtual interviews, including calendar management and candidate communications.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Collect and store interview feedback in accordance with documentation compliance and privacy regulations.
Requisition Management:
• Send individual “posting request” emails to recruiters across multiple geographies and follow up to ensure timely responses.
• Accurately transcribe returned member firm posting data into SuccessFactors (SF) to maintain up-to-date and compliant job posting records.
Sourcing/Socialization:
• Candidate pipelining.
• Draft social media posts to socialize across Recruiter and Hiring Manager networks.
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across geographies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to improve the interview and hiring process.
Data Management & Reporting:
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Avature, etc.).
• Analyze data and generate regular and ad hoc reports to track process efficiency, candidate status, and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and documentation standards.
• Upload and manage candidate documents in compliance with naming conventions and data privacy standards.
Process Improvement & Best Practices:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.
• Lead or participate in projects to implement process improvements, automation, or new tools.
• Share best practices and support the adoption of new procedures within the team.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, SLAs, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain high standards.
Other Responsibilities:
• Take on additional tasks and projects assigned by team leads or managers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment operations, or a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience managing complex interview scheduling and candidate logistics (virtual and in- person) across multiple time zones.
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Taleo, SAP, Avature).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with senior stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
• Prior experience supporting global or cross-border recruitment.
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives or projects.
