This role with Deloitte Global (DTTL) is ideal for individuals who would like to gain global experience. Due to the global nature of this role, relocation is not required, nor supported. Candidates would be expected to work from their current location.
Work you'll do
As a Methodology & Content Asst/DM on the Knowledge & Content team, you will be responsible for:
- Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of methodology, framework, and DWW content materials
- Coordinate project workplans, milestone tracking, risk management, and resource allocation to support timely delivery
- Contribute to global Audit and Assurance initiatives by supporting planning, alignment, and implementation across program phases
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate training, communications, and enablement activities
- Develop reporting tools, templates, and analyses to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and support leadership governance processes

This role supports Deloitte’s global Audit and Assurance agenda by helping strengthen the consistency, quality, and scalability of assurance practices across the Deloitte network.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- 5+ years of experience in project management, internal audit, risk, sustainability, controls, or compliance
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience supporting project tracking, dashboarding, or reporting tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, or materials for leadership or stakeholder audiences
- Experience coordinating workplans, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Experience analyzing data, identifying gaps or risks, and producing structured reporting
- Experience with assurance practices, governance frameworks, or risk and compliance standards
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- Experience supporting global or cross-border programs
- Experience working with stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Experience supporting training, communications, or enablement activities
- Experience developing templates, tools, or knowledge materials for team use
- Experience supporting governance forums, working groups, or leadership meetings
- Experience in Audit and Assurance environments
