DTTL PM Analyst

The PM team helps implement the process end to end for our business. As an Analyst, you will interact with the team, internal stakeholders, etc., to deliver high-quality deliverables that will be essential to the seamless execution of the PM processes for the businesses.
Work you will do.
As an Analyst, you will support the PM Specialists, Managers, and Senior Managers in executing the PM life cycle. The PM Analyst is responsible for the transactional and operational tasks enabling seamless execution of the PM processes for the assigned business group. Due to Deloitte’s data-driven PM process, the PM Analyst must be a meticulous and an analytical thinker capable of producing high-quality deliverables leveraging PM data.
Process execution
- Handling end-to end performance management process for Deloitte Global professionals.
- Generate Biweekly Roster reports for Advisory team and PM specialists.
- Prepare statistical data, performance trends and analysis of all RPM elements.
- Manage inquiries for all processes through shared Mailbox and ServiceNow as an interface between the business and talent.
· Function as an Advisor to Business, Process Specialists and escalate potential issues or concerns.
• Supports the execution of all PM processes, troubleshoots process issues and provides solutions.
• Prepares materials and reports in support of meetings ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Data analysis and reporting
• Generates PM reports with high accuracy and quality for Review Meetings
• Being the owner, maintains PM data and ensures it is accurate and validated.
• Reviews data output for risks and escalates issues as needed.
Communications
· Identify professionals who are non-compliant with their performance related action items, send communications, follow up and update system/records as needed.
• Initiate communication plans for various processes within Performance Management scope
• Manages inquiries for all processes; escalates to PM COE team.
Training and skills development
- Completes training courses to keep skill set up to date.
- Discusses areas of improvement with Managers and seeks out professional development opportunities to close potential gaps.
- Collaborate with other Process Analysts to obtain and share best practice on process delivery.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience/masters in HR/Business Management/certification in HR
- Prior experience in generating reports and analyzing data.
Required technical skills:
- Generates reports, interprets data, and identifies trends and performance insights.
- Communicates clearly.
- Moves work forward proactively with limited guidance from the PM Specialist.

- Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.
- Manages rosters and lists on a continuous basis.
- Identifies and resolves issues effectively-knows when to escalate issues to Specialist and Managers as appropriate.
- Manages confidential information according to Deloitte Administrative Policy Release (APR) guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is necessary.
