Manager – SAP Hana Native - Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor a team of HANA developers delivering HANA-native artifacts (views, procedures, APIs, XSA services).
· Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into solution designs.
· Design and develop HANA models (e.g., calculation views) optimized for performance, reusability, and reporting consumption.
· Build and maintain stored procedures and SQLScript-based logic to support reporting and integration use cases.
· Develop and support APIs/services and XSA-based applications/components for data access and integration.
· Oversee data integration and transformation using BODS, including job design, scheduling support, and operational troubleshooting.
· Enable and support SAC reporting, including curated datasets/semantic layers and performance-aligned data models for analytics.
· Establish development standards (naming, transport, documentation, code reviews), ensuring quality and maintainability.
· Manage delivery planning (prioritization, estimates, dependencies) and drive timely execution across multiple initiatives.
· Troubleshoot complex issues across modeling, performance, security/authorizations, and integration pipelines.
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years overall experience with 3+ years in a lead/manager capacity in an enterprise environment S
· Strong hands-on expertise with SAP HANA native development, including calculation views and SQL/SQLScript.
· Experience leading technical teams (people leadership, work planning, quality oversight).
· Experience building procedures, data access patterns, and integration interfaces on HANA (including APIs/services).
· Working knowledge of SAP HANA XSA development concepts and deployment lifecycle.
· Experience with SAP BODS for ETL/data integration and operational support.
· Experience supporting or enabling SAC reporting (datasets/models, performance considerations, analytics consumption patterns).
· Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
