Position Summary

Senior Analyst  - ETL QA and Automation Engineer – Deloitte Support Services Private Limited

Key responsibilities/Job Duties:

This Automation Engineer role is accountable for supporting Finance applications and will mainly focus on automation of testing and production operations for data driven product development, such as onboarding Member firms, data transfer, integration, data quality, data visualization, etc on Microsoft Azure platform, HANA, Power BI and MDM tools like Semarchy.

Role Purpose:
To provide expert level hands on automation of test scripts with TOSCA tool with specific responsibility to ensure that solutions are validated to meet the business and customer needs, matching expectations for quality and reliability.
• Gathering Test automation requirements and performing feasibility analysis.
• Review and contribute to requirements analysis and agile story grooming to ensure testability.
• Build Test Automation Frameworks using TOSCA
• Designing, developing, maintaining and executing automated testing solutions.
• Document test results with the defined corporate tool(s) in order to assist in defect resolution, working closely with engineering and Project Management team(s) as appropriate.
• Determining the Automation test strategy based on the requirements.
• Able to provide Test Automation estimates for the planned release.

Skills
• Passion for software test automation and problem solving
• Experience in designing & implementing highly interactive test automation suites for any kind of application using TOSCA automation tool
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem solving skills in test automation
• Data profiling, cleansing, and validation across large datasets. 
• Strong testing skills on ETL process for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with Continuous integration tools as VSTS (Azure DEVOPS) or any tool knowledge for automation source code repository etc. is a good
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment.


Experience
• 4 to 5 years of experience in designing & implementing highly interactive test automation suites for any kind of applications.
• Experience in Production Support, Systems Analysis, Development, Application maintenance, Defect Management and Process Improvement  
• Good knowledge of SDLC methodologies; Knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus
• Experience in documenting processes and procedures
• Ability to understand and design around technical or business requirements

Location: Hyderabad 
Work Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
·       Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
·      3-6 years experience in a similar role and Enterprise organization.
