Technical Lead – GCC
Work you will do:
• Good analytical skills to understand the requirements and lead the team to remove technical roadblocks and perform hands on coding.
• Providing technical guidance for Microsoft .NET web applications.
• Create Technical low level design documentation for the applications and take ownership of tech debts.
• Evaluates new technologies for their fitment into the existing applications or to the new business opportunities.
• Participating in technical design sessions with the teams, including the creation of data models, logical diagrams, etc., and detailed design specifications.
• Providing support / guidance to the internal teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.
• Applied research and development, prototyping and vendor evaluations
• Participating, and technically leading when needed, production troubleshooting and 'War Room' Activities.
• Strong developer mindset to research new technologies, perform POCs and implement.

Technical Skills
Required:
• Education qualification: BE /B Tech / MCA / MSc / M. Tech.
• Between 6 to 9 years of IT experience in application development, support or maintenance activities
• At least 1 year of experience in leading modules independently
• Well versed with SAFe/Agile / scrum methodology
• Must have experience on at least 2 full life cycle of software development
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), .Net 6 and above, HTML5/CSS3, and Angular / React technologies.
• Knowledge of Microservices, its principles, and patterns.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and knowledge and applicability of various normal forms.
• Microsoft .Net, WebAPI, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, REST services, Tableau, PowerBI and complementary business layer, front-end and cloud technologies.
• Microsoft SQL Server and other most common backend Microsoft technologies. Well versed with all SQL and NoSQL concepts.
• At least 2 years of Cloud experience in any of AWS or Azure Cloud environment by using any of the below services
o Azure – Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra Id, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, App Service, etc
o AWS – S3, CloudFront, IAM, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Amazon Polly, AWS Translate, Lambdas, Dockers, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL Fargate, etc.
• Experience using authentication mechanisms – OAUTH, Tokens, etc.
• Usages of tools like – VSCode, Visual Studio, Git, Postman, etc
• Exposure to CICD using Azure Pipelines, Cloud Formation Templates, YAML, Terraforms, etc.
• Performance Optimizations across the technology stack covering all the layers – presentation, middle, and backend.
• Good foundation on SOLID principles, design patterns.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI/Agentic AI technologies and frameworks.
• Understanding firewalls and ports, Cloud VDIs, O365, etc.
• Exposure to Monitoring and Reporting of data and applications.
Preferred:
• Experience to AI/GenAI/Agentic AI technologies like - Python, Langchain, Crew AI, Azure OpenAI, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock, etc
• Usage of automated build and/or unit testing and integration system
• Contact Center background like Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, etc
• Network and Infrastructure knowledge on Telephony and Cloud
• ServiceNow IT Service Management, Problem Management, and its integrations, etc.
