Position Summary

The individual in this position will be responsible for the continual support and building of regulatory compliance purpose-based tools on SharePoint Online (Cloud) and Power Platform. The individual will have an opportunity to pursue end to end project life-cycle and modernize compliance tools from existing platform to Power Platform. This role includes the creation and modification of Power Apps, Automate Flows, develop supporting tools and databases, automation of processes as well as supporting the business with data quality research and analysis.

Work you'll do

As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Build and enhance regulatory compliance tools using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Develop and modify Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate flows for business processes
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Modernize existing compliance tools by migrating solutions from current platforms to Power Platform
  • Create supporting tools, databases, and automation solutions to improve process efficiency and data quality analysis


Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform
  • Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions
  • Experience with application testing, deployment, and production support
  • Experience with data quality analysis, process automation, or database support

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance, risk, or governance tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse or Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Experience integrating SharePoint Online or Power Platform with other applications
  • Experience modernizing or migrating legacy tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience in a professional services environment
