Position Summary

Senior Analyst - SAP FICO - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, and gather business requirements & end user cases.
  • Write functional specifications and configure the system to convert business requirements into a working solution.
  • Provide specification and collaborate with the technical teams to handle enhancements.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and solve production issues.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations finance and revenue recognition process.
  • Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence.
  • Identify business process and system improvement opportunities to increase business efficiency.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Understand and adhere to change management procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous technical improvements.
  • Deliver high profile activities to tight timescales.
  • Must have experience in production support.
  • Must have experience in client facing role.
 

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in SAP FICO, implementation, rollout, and support projects.
  • Must have experience in S4 HANA environment.
  • Expertise in New GL, AP, AR, Cost Center, and Profit Center accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of FI-SD integration
  • Good to have exposure to resource related billing process (not mandatory)
  • Good to have - experience in Project Systems (not mandatory)
  • Should have hands on experience in conceptualization, design, and configuration in all the areas mentioned above.
  • Must have exposure to scheduling and monitoring batch jobs.
  • Must have experience in preparing functional specifications
  • Experience In handling custom programs/ reports, providing requirements to developers is preferred.

Shift Timings: 11am- 8 pm IST

Education/Other: Bachelor’s Degree
