Senior Analyst – AEM developer - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 5–8 years of overall experience and strong hands-on AEM expertise to design, build, and support scalable digital experiences. The role requires deep knowledge of AEM authoring/runtime, Sling/OSGi, JCR, component-based development, integrations, and CI/CD. You’ll work closely with product owners, architects, backend teams, and designers to deliver production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
With 3-6 years of hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the following skills.
- Possess good understanding and hands on experience on complete software development life cycle
- Able to Develop and execute software requirements, designing, coding, enhance and improve the existing architecture/design under minimal supervision
- Sound Technical knowledge, Investigation, and troubleshooting
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders:
- Work item ownership
- Validation / verification of task completion
- Relationships for involved teams
- Communication points among teams
- Deadlines and work effort completions
- Impact of met / missed deadlines on deliverables and consumers
- Actively seeks guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proven approach to problem solving
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (formerly Adobe CQ5)
Background and Skills:
- Strong technical expertise on AEM as a cloud or AEM 6 and above
- Good Knowledge on developing components and templates using Sightly (HTL)
- Deep level understanding of Java.
- Experience working with and understanding of the following: JCR, Apache, Apache Felix, OSGi and JS frameworks
- Good Knowledge of Java/J2EE JS, HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies
- Experience working with REST, Sling in a production environment
- Integrating with third party services
- Experience in Maven and Git is a must
- Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
- Experience with unit testing frameworks, such as JUnit
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment; experience with Agile a strong plus
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaborates and supports team members.
- Provides on-going support to business and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
· 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
