Your Team
Organization, Workforce and Change (OWC)
The Organization, Workforce and Change (OWC) offering sits under Human Capital and help develop high quality organizational strategies, help delivering impactful change and help generating client value through various technology and workforce transformations. OWC combines across five key areas: Strategic & Technology Change, Workforce Strategies, Organization Design, Human Performance and Learning, and Culture and Leadership, to help organizations adapt and thrive in a changing business environment.
We empower organizations to move from where they are today to where they need to be by delivering tailored, analytics-driven change management solutions that influence behaviors, boost adoption of new ways of working, and ensure successful transformation outcomes. These solutions may include modifying the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions due to ongoing ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.), designing training solutions to help impacted employees adapt to change, and redesigning the organizational structure—all of which require a combination of targeted change management actions to execute the transformation.
By enabling organizations to navigate the human factors of their digital journey, OWC helps unlock human potential and drive sustainable value in the digital age.
