Senior Analyst – Quality Specialist - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Role Overview

As a Big Data Audit Quality Specialist, you will support the quality strategy for Deloitte’s Big Data applications. You’ll work closely with audit, data engineering, and analytics teams to implement QA frameworks, automation, and continuous data quality improvement. This role is ideal for professionals ready to take ownership of key quality initiatives and grow into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Quality Implementation:
  Assist in executing the quality vision for audit-related data products, supporting architecture, data governance, and analytics strategies.

- Data Quality Execution:
  Contribute to data lifecycle quality—from ingestion and transformation to analytics and reporting.
  Support the definition and enforcement of data quality frameworks and audit trails.

- QA Automation:
  Participate in test automation, data profiling, validation, and anomaly detection in Big Data environments.

- Audit-Specific QA:
  Ensure QA practices meet audit requirements, including regulatory compliance and audit trail integrity.

- Continuous Improvement:
  Pilot new QA technologies and contribute to process digitization and automation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Communicate quality risks and opportunities to team leads and product owners.

Required Skills & Experience

- Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL (Microsoft), testing automation tools (PlayWright, TOSCA a plus), and API testing (SOAP UI a plus).
  • Experience in data management functions (integration, ETL, master data management, data quality, governance).
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of QA tools, BA methodologies, and Azure DevOps.

- General Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.

- Experience:
  • 3–6 years of IT experience, preferably in testing.
  • 2+ years working with data management and data products.
  • Experience with test automation.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
