Assistant Manager – Adobe Analytics Lead Developer - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js) and app measurement Implementation Specialist with additional hands-on experience in deploying and managing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills and proven experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining digital analytics solutions across web properties, ensuring robust and accurate data collection that can drive business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
With 6-9 years of hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the following skills.
- Implement Adobe Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js) across web applications for CJA/Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.
- Integrate Adobe Analytics with other Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Target, Audience Manager).
- Configure and maintain Adobe Data Collection Tags (Launch), Data Streams, and Edge Configurations.
- Work with data layers to support scalable and consistent data collection.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through debugging, validation, and ongoing monitoring using tools such as Experience Platform Debugger and browser developer tools.
- Support consent management and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within analytics implementations.
- Define and configure data sets in analytics platforms (e.g., AEP Data Lake, CJA).
- Set up data elements, variables, and rules for WebSDK events
- Implement and document implementation details, data mappings, and schema designs
- Develop and maintain documentation for analytics tracking specifications and implementation processes.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on analytics implementation best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience implementing Adobe CJA or Adobe Analytics, with experience using the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js).
- Proficiency with Adobe Data Collection Tags (Launch), including rules, extensions, and publishing workflows.
- Strong background in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and browser debugging tools.
- Experience implementing analytics on CMSs with data layers (e.g., W3C, custom).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (CJA, Target, Audience Manager).
- Experience with privacy and consent management frameworks.
- Familiar with CJA workspaces for data validation and AEP querying of data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and documentation abilities.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Analytics Implementation Expert
- Experience with Single Page Application (SPA) analytics implementation.
- Experience designing solution design documents

Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
· 6-9 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
