Position Summary

 Senior Analyst – Business Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The primary focus of this role will be working with a product suite from AvePoint, which involves configuration, developing proof of concepts, and building automation solutions that integrate with AvePoint using Python or Power Automate. Additionally, the role includes creating proof-of-concept solutions, troubleshooting, and addressing and resolving inquiries or issues from our customers. The AvePoint suite of products is utilized to manage M365 platforms, provide reporting capabilities on existing M365 workspaces, and enable our regional IT teams to independently manage their M365 assets.

Work you’ll do

  • Manage M365 tenant, including SharePoint Online and Teams, focusing on product configuration, proof of concept creation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in M365 / SharePoint Online
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Have a good understand of SQL.
  • Administer IIS, web API’s, and WCF services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure with knowledge of creating Azure functions, Storage account, managing the key vault and Azure Insights.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS applications.
  • Develop prototypes and collaborate effectively in teams, including virtual teams.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work products.

Location: Hyderabad

Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/BTech) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work products.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

·       3- 6 Yrs

Preferred :

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing Power Automate workflows is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • PowerShell scripting
