Senior Analyst – SharePoint & .NET developer - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Role Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day development of applications, including program design, coding, code refactoring, testing, debugging, and requirements documentation. 
  • Serve as Senior Developer with responsibilities that include working on development activities along with other engineers in team.  
  • Participates in designing and coding custom features, debugging, unit testing, building configuring, and deploying application software. 
  • Analyses, designs, and recommends third-party tools and custom applications. Analysis of required functionality and implements customizations to platforms or develops custom solutions to fulfil business requirements. 
  • Recommends/Implements performance improvements including tuning, code refactoring or process changes. 
  • Collaborates with team members to understand business requirements and create clear, technical specifications outlining the specific enhancement or functionality required. Supplies estimations, status updates, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of solutions. 
  • Collaborates with Technical Lead and Technical Delivery Manager to ensure on time delivery of high-quality product.   
  • Provides on-going support to business and content teams managing sites on strategic technology platform.  
  • Develops and maintains testing scenarios and prepares necessary test data for thorough unit and integration testing results. Maintains source control, version control, and defect tracking systems. 
  • Responsible for preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

 

  • Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience Settings:
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of working experience in SharePoint On-premises/ Online and .Net Development
  • Mandatory: Experience in Azure Functions, App Service App, Azure Storage Table, Vnet and Azure Open AI, Azure AI Search
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in building SPFX solutions using React JS and Typescript.
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in WCF, API, C#, ASP.Net, jQuery, RESTful services, and SQL
  • Basic knowledge in application development life cycle, including requirements elicitation, system design and testing / QA and transition to production. 
  • Basic knowledge of configuration management practices and procedures. 
  • Microsoft Certified Software Developer (MCSD) and/or Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) a plus. 
  • Extensive experience with the .NET framework and other technologies: C#, WCF, ASP.NET, ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic Script, transactional development, asynchronous processing, HTML5, HTML and DHTML, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, XML, XSLT, LDAP, .NET Enterprise Services, and Web services. 
  • Experience with unit test frameworks (MSTest, NUnit). 
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and security concepts. Working experience with server farms, firewalls, networks, and distributed systems a plus. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 
  • Good understanding in debugging and deploying solutions in azure using CI/CD pipelines
  •  

·       Preferred:  

  • Knowledge on Typescript and React JS is preferred
  • Understanding of SOA, SaaS, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Knowledge Management, integration, portals, etc. 
  • Understanding of Azure or another cloud-based platform.  
  • Knowledge of VSTS 
  • Experience working in agile methodology.
