Manager –Business Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Serve as Product Owner for M365 tools, such as SharePoint Online, M365 Copilot, Stream (ClipChamp), Forms, OneDrive for Business, Viva Engage, Planner, and Whiteboard.
- Leverage product expertise to proactively consult stakeholders and deliver solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for assigned products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Microsoft product groups and internal stakeholders to evaluate new capabilities, participate in early adopter/private preview and drive adoption.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable development tasks for custom solutions built by the development team.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive collaboration across teams, including M365 Support, Dev, QA, and vendor partners.
- Analyze product licensing, functionality, and usage metrics across Deloitte firms.
- Engage with customers to understand their explicit and implicit needs, pain points, and expectations, and offer tailored guidance on governance, implementation strategies, and potential limitations.
- Conduct product showcases and demonstrations to varied groups across geographies
- Capable of conducting in-depth data analysis to support evidence-based conclusions
- Develop and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management
- Monitor project cost and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to avoid overruns.
- Set and maintain realistic timelines and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Create work plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client/stakeholder interactions, business analysis, and product ownership within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of M365 ecosystem and third-party integration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and involvement in long-term product planning and roadmap development.
- Ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity environments.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Good storytelling capabilities
- People management
- Experience with agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lead internal Scrum calls
- M365 certifications
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks and leading Program Increment
- Familiarity with tools like AvePoint and Power BI.

Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
· 10-13 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
