Assistant Manager – Full Stack Developer - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Manager – Full Stack Cloud Developer (Level 4) to join our global DCS team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using C# and Angular. You will leverage DevOps practices, ensure robust security, and architect solutions across multiple cloud platforms. Your role will also involve significant stakeholder management, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that enable Deloitte’s internal operations.
Work You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager – Full Stack Developer you will:
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full stack applications (C#, .NET Core, Angular).
• Architect and implement solutions across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including infrastructure provisioning and optimization.
• Drive DevOps practices by building CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and managing infrastructure as code.
• Integrate security best practices throughout the SDLC, ensuring compliance with Deloitte standards.
• Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high availability of applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational guides.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Shift Timings: 11AM to 8PM and 2PM to 11PM
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in full stack development, with deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying solutions on at least two major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Proven track record of integrating security best practices into application and infrastructure development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core (backend)
• Strong experience with Angular (frontend), HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and vulnerability management
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL DBs
