Senior Analyst – Frontend Developer - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Position Overview
As a Senior Analyst as a Frontend Developer, where you will craft engaging, high-performance user interfaces for cloud-based applications. With 3-4 years of experience, you will specialize in Angular or React, focusing on web and API-driven development in multi-cloud environments. This role emphasizes agile practices, CI/CD automation, and UI/UX design to create seamless, intuitive experiences. You will collaborate with backend teams, designers, and stakeholders to build responsive applications that integrate with cloud services, ensuring accessibility, security, and optimal performance across platforms.
Work You’ll Do
As a Senior Analyst – Frontend Developer, you will:
• Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using Angular or React, incorporating advanced features like component-based architecture, state management, and routing for complex web experiences.
• Integrate front-end components with web APIs (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL) to enable real-time data fetching, dynamic content rendering, and seamless backend communication.
• Apply UI/UX principles to design user-centric interfaces, including prototyping, wireframing, user testing, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Participate in agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for front-end code using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins, automating builds, testing, and deployments in multi-cloud setups.
• Optimize JavaScript/TypeScript code for performance, including techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient event handling to enhance application speed and scalability.
• Collaborate on multi-cloud projects (Azure, AWS, GCP), ensuring front-end applications are cloud-agnostic, secure, and integrated with services like storage, authentication, and hosting.
• Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and implement best practices for cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and progressive enhancement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align front-end development with business requirements, incorporating feedback and iterating designs for improved user satisfaction.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing on frontend trends, tools, and multi-cloud integration strategies.

Work Shift Timings: 11AM to 8PM and 2PM to 11PM
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with proven success in building web applications in cloud environments.
• Strong foundation in agile practices, with the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced teams focused on iterative delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts, gather requirements, and negotiate design trade-offs with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a user-focused mindset for creating intuitive, efficient interfaces.
• Experience in cloud services roles, with adaptability to diverse projects and global teams.
Technical Skills
• Expertise in Angular or React for developing single-page applications (SPAs), including hooks, context API, Redux/NgRx for state management, and Angular CLI or Create React App for scaffolding.
• Proficiency in core web technologies: JavaScript/ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (with preprocessors like SASS/SCSS), and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration, including asynchronous programming (e.g., Promises, Async/Await), HTTP clients (e.g., Axios, Fetch), and handling API errors/security.
• Solid knowledge of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and methodologies for task tracking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub (for version control, Actions), Azure DevOps, or similar for automated workflows, unit/integration testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and deployment.
• Understanding of multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including integration with cloud services for front-end hosting (e.g., Azure Static Web Apps, AWS Amplify, GCP Firebase).
• Strong UI/UX skills, including design principles, tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), prototyping, user research, and performance optimization for enhanced user engagement.
• Familiarity with build and optimization tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite for bundling, transpiring, and minimizing front-end assets.
