The team
We, the Salesforce COE team, create and offer a range of solutions to internal stakeholders. We work with stakeholders to develop the enterprise-wide Salesforce apps. We are into latest features in Salesforce. We continuously look for ways to push the boundaries of our tools and channels, as well as look for ways to improve our development processes.
Work you’ll do / Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with Technical Lead/Manager and interact with clients to understand their requirements for delivery salesforce apps. Your role and responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions built on Salesforce.com platform
• Responsible for enhancing the current capabilities of various SFDC applications by leveraging out-of-box functionalities and building custom solutions to satisfy business needs
• Responsible for determining level of effort estimations, monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones.
• Responsible for Apex Programming, Triggers, Flows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards, Integrations and Lightning Component Development.
• Responsible for adherence to best practices for SFDC custom development and deployment processes
• Responsible for maintenance releases and code deployments to SFDC orgs
• Understanding of software development life cycle and agile development methodologies
• Collaborate with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
• Work closely with Developers and guide them on solutions. Responsible for conducting technical code reviews.
• Work with Studio BA/QA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as needed
• Closely get involved in the day-to-day development activities.
• Defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design
• Participate in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status
• Create and manages technical documentation as required
• Work with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations
• Responsible for code release and deployment activities
• Participate in reviews of plans associated with project execution.

Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Essential
• 3-5 years of extensive Design and Development experience in force.com
• Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, Flows, working with SFDC objects
• Expertise in Apex, LWC and AURA lightning components, Web Services, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript and HTML
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles etc.
• Business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution
• Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.

• Integration to other third-party solutions
• Salesforce Developer Certification PD1/PD2
• Experience with Salesforce AI and AI Integration Experience
