Technical Specialist- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The key job responsibilities include the following:
Role: Operates as QA Lead (Tech Specialist) for the projects in Deloitte.com Digital.
Responsibilities:
- Possess good understanding and hands on experience on complete software testing life cycle
- Plan, design and execute tests (both Manual and Automation scripts), including user interfaces, business logic, and data access according to application need
- Test, troubleshoot, and critique software components
- Provide efficient reports on defect status, team progress, and own assignments
- Recommend solutions for test management, execution, and reporting
- Perform quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing to confirm the product satisfies end-user requirements and needs
- Communicate with technical and business personnel about business requirements, system-related capabilities, and enhancement status
- Create and maintain test data to simulate real-life use cases
- Hands on experience in automation framework design/improvements
- Actively seeks guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proven approach to problem solving
· Coordinates with stakeholders:
o Work efforts
o Work item ownership
o Validation / verification of task completion
o Relationships for involved teams / Adobe consultants
o Communication points among teams
o Deadlines and work effort completions
o Impact of met / missed deadlines on deliverables and consumers
Experience: 7-10 years
Background and Skills:
o Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (formerly Adobe CQ5)
o Candidate should have experience in manual testing.
o Hands on experience on selenium tool or UI Path
o Thorough understanding and hands on with testing process and test case preparation.
o Excellent understanding of various STLC processes, testing methodologies, quality standards and industry best practices.
o Experience with mobile device automation using Selenium web driver would be a plus
o Experience of testing in Agile development model is mandatory.
o Experience testing on devices and different browsers is a mandatory.
o Experience working on various Defect management tools and process.
o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (ADO)
