Assistant Manager – AI Security – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As part of Architecture & Engineering Team, you will get the opportunity to design security into new products, applications, and services throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with stakeholders around the world. This role is specifically part of the Security Hardening and AI Security Team – we assess systems for cyber risk, identify and implement Cyber controls to mitigate risk for Deloitte.
Work You’ll Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and configuring the AI Defense Service operational environments utilized by Deloitte Technology and Deloitte’s network of member firms. You will ensure that these environments are run as efficiently as possible and that all configuration changes are accurately implemented and follow agreed change control processes and timelines. This role will support fellow security team members from around the world. You will monitor and handle tickets assigned to the support queues you are assigned to and be available to support any related major incidents. You will be supported to help build up a deep understanding of the products you will be managing, and you will be expected to be proactive and to respond quickly and efficiently to any product related operational events, alerts or requests that come to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Provide support for incidents and requests related to AI Defense, including on-call work when required.
- Ticket Management: Monitor and handle tickets assigned to your support queues and be available to support any related major incidents.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the AI defense products you will be managing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain knowledge base documents and playbooks outlining end-to-end support procedures and inter-team workflows.
- Change Management: Support change management activities for product upgrades within the production environment, collaborating with in-house teams and third parties to ensure successful implementation.
- Onboarding: Assist technical leads and application support teams to configure their applications and onboard to the AI defense service, develop and implement configuration to protect these applications.
- Escalation Response: Respond to escalations from Security Policy Management, GNOC, SOC, application support teams and Member Firms, assisting them with understanding AI defense products and support processes.
- Testing and Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist the technical lead/architect and other security analysts in testing product upgrades and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think ahead.
- Experience with configuration and deployment of cybersecurity platforms.
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing solutions
- Working knowledge of application development processes
- Working knowledge of computer networking (firewalls, routing, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong influence, and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Creative and independent thinker with the ability to translate technical requirements and challenges into results.
- Knowledge of configuration, policy, and event workflows and playbooks.
- Motivated self-starter able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Well-organized and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Direct experience in supporting security tools (e.g., anti-virus, host intrusion detection).
- Experience working within a service management framework (e.g., ITIL).
- Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Education and Experience:
- Technology-related degree or suitable industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting security platforms and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a large global organization.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
Work Timings: 11 to 8 pm IST
