Work You’ll Do: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and configuring the Advanced Threat Protection (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender, McAfee, etc.) operational environments utilized by Deloitte’s network of member firms. You will ensure that these environments are run as efficiently as possible and that all configuration changes are accurately implemented and follow agreed change control processes and timelines. This role will support fellow security team members from around the world. You will monitor and handle tickets assigned to the support queues you are assigned to and be available to support any related major incidents. You will be supported to help build up a deep understanding of the products you will be managing, and you will be expected to be proactive and to respond quickly and efficiently to any product related operational events, alerts or requests that come to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Provide 4th level support for incidents and requests related to endpoint health, including on-call work when required.
- Ticket Management: Monitor and handle tickets assigned to your support queues and be available to support any related major incidents.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the endpoint protection products you will be managing.
