Analyst – CoRe - Digital Data Analytics Innovation,Global Brand - Social Media Channel and Community Management Analyst, Deloitte Support Services India Pvt Ltd

Deloitte Global is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Global Social Media Channel and Community Manager to oversee and enhance our global social media presence. This role is crucial for managing the health and performance of our social channels, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across our key campaigns and partnerships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating social media activities, including content planning, social listening, and community management, to amplify Deloitte's impact on a global scale.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage the health and performance of Deloitte Global's social media channels by improving Year-on-Year performance.
  • Own and manage the global social media editorial calendar, including content planning and scheduling of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube (including LI and YouTube livestreams).
  • Execute social media posting for key global campaigns and partnerships, ensuring brand compliance and tracking.
  • Ensure all social content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance processes before going live. Compliance is required throughout development process, but this person would act as a final eye.
  • Coordinate with paid media teams for integrated social campaigns.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor trends, brand mentions, and inform campaign strategy.
  • Manage social media communities and fostering positive interactions where possible.
  • Analyse social media performance, coordinate with our analytics team on key metrics, and optimise for engagement and growth.
  • Optimise digital marketing tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Adobe Workfront) for efficiency.
  • Facilitate global communication and knowledge sharing across Deloitte's network.

The team

The Global Brand is closely aligned with the strategic priorities of Deloitte and drives all brand activity at a global level. We support delivery of these priorities while also maintaining support of member firm agendas. Through extending and deepening our influence with clients, talent and stakeholders, we will make greater impact and, as a result, strengthen our brand to better position Deloitte in the marketplace.

Qualifications required

  • BTech, BA or BS, MBA or equivalent
  • Proven experience (e.g. 2 years) in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within a large, multinational organisation.
  • Strong communications skills - excellent writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrable success in significantly increasing social media engagement and follower growth.
  • Proficiency with social media management and digital marketing tools.
    • Required: Sprinklr
    • Optional: Social Live, Claravine, and Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of global brand campaigns and the ability to tailor strategies for diverse international audiences.
  • Experience coordinating with paid media teams and implementing social listening strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global network.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Hyderabad

Work hours: 2 PM – 11 PM (IST);
