Job Role: Product Architect Lead

One such product is ZORA AI by Deloitte which is a Agentic AI platform that offers a suite of ready-to-deploy agents that perceive, reason and act, autonomously, executing complex business functions with speed and accuracy to help clients augment their workforce, boost productivity and efficiency, and drive new ways of working.

We are looking for a Manager  with 10-12+ years of strong experience using machine learning techniques with a minimum of 4+ years of experience leading a team of consultant/ senior consultants in building ML/AI products to address challenging business problems.

The ideal candidate will have direct, hands-on experience and is experienced leading a team of consultant/ senior consultants in data wrangling, data visualization, statistical analysis and building ML/ AI products.


Work you'll Do: 

·       Understand the business use case, conduct preliminary analysis and propose potential solutions using statistical and Agentic AI / ML techniques to solve the client’s problems.

  • Perform feasibility analysis of proposed solutions through data exploration and building proof of concept using Agentic AI/ ML etc. 
  • Supervise and train a team of consultant/ senior consultants in building GenAI/ Agentic AI Platform.
  • Work in a highly collaborative atmosphere of consultant/ senior consultants and team leaders from different geographic locations.
  • Mentor team members and guide them as a technical and business SME and help them grow in their career.
  • Serve as a mentor for career navigation and skills development for consultant/ senior consultants in the broader organization who are not direct reports on your immediate team.

  • Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning and Analysis: Lead and participate in strategic meetings with cross-functional teams to identify business priorities and areas for improvement for the upcoming year. Analyze current processes and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure that improvement initiatives reflect broader business needs and expectations. Facilitate open communication to support successful project outcomes.
Technical Leadership: Supervise and train a team of consultant/ senior consultants in building advanced GenAI Product using large volumes of structured, semi-structured, and chaotic data.
Product Development: Lead the ideation, incubation, and scaling of innovative AI/ML products, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Collaboration: Work in a highly collaborative atmosphere with consultant/ senior consultants and team leaders from different geographic locations, providing expert reviews and guidance.


Qualification & required skills:


·       Offer technical leadership in the design and implementation of AI, machine learning, and deep learning solutions, including the development of APIs utilizing Python.

·       Understanding and working knowledge of Agentic AI, Agent Development Frameworks like LangGraph/ LangChain.

·       Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using both open source (Llama, BERT, Mistral, etc.) and closed source (Open AI GPT models, Claude, Cohere etc.) Large Language Models (LLMS).

·       Extensively work with advanced models such as GPT-3.5, GPT 4, Llama, BERT etc, for natural language processing and creative content generation using contextual information.

·       Design and optimize solutions leveraging Vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of contextual data for LLMs.

  • RAG and Guardrails: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques and establish guardrails to ensure the reliability and safety of AI models.
  • Basic knowledge of Pre-Training / Finetuning
  • Basic knowledge of MCP and A2A

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of programming in Python
  • Knowledge of RDBMS – Postgress / MySQL and NoSQL Databases.

·       Provide expert reviews for all projects within the assigned subject.

·       Ability to communicate with cross functional/competencies teams.

·       A passion for leading a team of consultant/ senior consultants and help them grow in their careers.

·       Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

·       Should have Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering/Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics or other quantitative field


Good to have:

·       Cloud knowledge (AWS/ GCP or Azure).

·       Deployment Knowledge – docker and Kubernetes.
