Digital Product Designer
We’re looking for a designer who gets a kick out of solving problems and making things
people actually want to use. Most days you’ll be deep in UI and UX, sketching flows,
building prototypes, polishing screens. But every so often, a curveball will land: a brand
identity, a bit of print, maybe even how a service shows up in a physical space. If you’re
the kind of person who loves variety, enjoys big messy challenges, and doesn’t mind
asking “but what if we tried this instead?” you’ll fit right in.
The Team
We’re the IDT crew. Half curious tinkerers, half design nerds, all
obsessed with making things people actually want to use. We work across industries, so
expect variety. One project might be a workforce management app prototype, the next
could be rethinking the identity of a fintech startup. We test, sketch, argue (nicely), and
prototype until something clicks. We’re also big on design advocacy, reminding
stakeholders and ourselves why good design matters at every step.
Work you will do
• Lead the design process from research to wireframes to prototypes to polished
screens
• Be a strong voice for design at both project and firm level, advocating for users
and for craft
• Mentor junior designers and share your knowledge generously
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, and clients, keeping the work moving
without losing focus on quality
• Push projects past the obvious answer and set the bar for design excellence
• Share feedback clearly and constructively, and welcome it in return
