Position Summary
Fund Finance – Manager
The Fund Finance Manager supports day-to-day fund finance operations and governance across a portfolio of investment vehicles by preparing accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial inputs for board/advisory needs, vendor/payables processing, fund expense reimbursements, accrual support, budgeting, and financial viability monitoring. This role executes core processes, performs detailed reconciliations and analytics, maintains documentation, and escalates exceptions to engagement leadership while coordinating with fund accounting, operations, vendors, and third parties.

Qualifications required
Must have skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Prepare Section 15(c) profitability disclosures and memos by coordinating and validating required data inputs, performing trend/variance analyses across key component and support profitability margin review/approval workflows
- Prepare invoice processing (receipt, validation, coding, routing for approvals, and submission/posting support), tracking invoice/payment exceptions (e.g., mismatches, missing support, pricing/terms disputes, duplicates) and coordinating resolution with stakeholders.
- Support fund expense reimbursement execution, including validating allocations, compiling supporting documentation, coordinating approvals, assisting with transfer processing, and documenting exceptions through closure.
- Prepare run-rate revenue and expense analyses to support fund financial viability monitoring, including assumption support, trend/variance drivers, and clear summaries for leadership review.
- Support annual budgeting cycles for fund expenses by collecting inputs, maintaining templates, tracking timelines/approvals, and preparing rollups and variance narratives.
- Prepare and reconcile fee accrual support (e.g., unified fee accruals, trustee retainer fees), including calculations, tie-outs, true-up support, and close package documentation for period-end reporting.
Good to have skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Familiarity with fund accounting/portfolio systems (or similar) will be preferred
Education
- Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA)
- Post-Graduate/Graduate in Finance /Accounting
