Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Experienced in Teamcenter (3–8 years), specializing in PLM customization, installation, and workflow design. Skilled in data migration from diverse legacy systems, especially in the Med Tech/Life Sciences sector. Proficient with Java, SQL, scripting, ITK, and tools like IPS Load and PLM XML on multiple platforms.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Having 3 - 6 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation projects with ownership of responsibilities across various development activities such as following:
- Understanding of PLM concepts such as Part Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, Workflows, Search, Reports, Access Manager, BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Organization, etc.
- 3 - 6 year of strong customization experience across above mentioned areas in Teamcenter latest version
- Install Teamcenter in 2T and 4T modes. Knowledge to configure databases, web-server(s).
- Strong understanding of Java UI components framework. Hands-on experience in building Teamcenter server customizations (implementing new schema, defining & implementing business rules, user exits and utilities) on Windows & UNIX platforms. Develop rich client customization, ITK programming & services customization.
- Data Migration from multiple source systems (legacy PLM, custom developed, file systems, manual-paper based, etc) as well as of different data types, such as MCAD, ECAD, Documents (PDF, Excel, Word, etc), EBOM, MBOM, BoP, Work Instructions, etc.
- Understanding of ETLV concept and having data migration experience in 2-3 different projects
- Experience with data migration in Med Tech / Life Sciences industry will be preferred having performed system validation as well as legacy system decommissioning in line with related regulations for the industry
- Experience with different database technologies such as SQL as well as scripting technologies to write scripts for Extraction, Transformation, Cleansing and Loading the data in to Teamcenter
- Skills and experience working with Teamcenter technologies such as IPS Load, PLM XML, import/export utilities.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with data migration in Med Tech / Life Sciences industry will be preferred having performed system validation as well as legacy system decommissioning in line with related regulations for the industry
- Experience with different database technologies such as SQL as well as scripting technologies to write scripts for Extraction, Transformation, Cleansing and Loading the data into Siemens Teamcenter
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
