Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

We are seeking an Agentic AI / Generative AI Developer with deep, hands-on Supply Chain experience. You will design, build, and deploy autonomous agent and generative solutions that solve real supply chain planning and execution problems. Candidates must have practical exposure to supply chain processes, data models, and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, planning suites).

Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Overall, 5 - 7 years of experience
3+ years building or supporting supply chain systems, including demand/supply planning (S&OP/SIOP, MRP/DRP), procurement or supplier collaboration, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics/transportation, and order management
Deep fluency with supply chain metrics and constraints such as OTIF, fill rate, MAPE/WAPE, service level, inventory turns, lead times, MOQ, capacity, allocations, substitutions, perishables, and FEFO/FIFO
2+ years’ experience building LLM-driven agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain or LangGraph, with protocol familiarity (MCP/A2A)
Strong hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over mixed structured and unstructured supply chain data
Proficiency in Python and production-grade development practices
Practical experience with at least one vector database, plus strong knowledge of graph databases.
Demonstrated expertise deploying solutions on AWS and/or Azure, including AI/ML and core cloud services
Ability to define and track agent-specific and domain-specific KPIs (e.g., ETA error, ATP commit accuracy, exception triage precision/recall, SLA adherence, expedite cost reduction)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with functional teams and translate domain nuance into agent design and prompt engineering

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Certifications: AWS/Azure ML specialties; SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or Manhattan exposure
Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Delta Lake; PySpark
Experience integrating OpenAI/Anthropic/Cohere with cloud services
EDI/X12/EDIFACT mapping; customs/HTS, trade compliance
Knowledge of MEIO, network optimization, production scheduling, and constraint-based planning.
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food) and responsible AI/explainability

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:

11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
