Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

Deloitte is seeking a Digital Procurement Consultant with strong expertise in Sourcing and Procurement, and a thorough understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) business processes and technical scenarios. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing both upstream and downstream S2P modules such as Ivalua, Coupa, or Ariba, and will have worked in medium to large landscapes involving multiple ERP systems. Proven experience in large-scale S2P Suite implementation and support projects is essential, along with the capability to independently design new solutions. Experience with integration of S2P Suites and ERP systems is considered an advantage.

We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3 - 6 years of industry experience on Catalog content management, Strategic Sourcing scenario, Contract Management process, Purchase Process, Invoice to Payment process
Understanding business flow and replicating the process in solutions like Ivalua, Coupa and/or Ariba
Worked on at least three implementation project of the most recent version
Should have run Kick-Off and Requirement Gathering Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes to Coupa.
Good Communication Skills (written and orals)

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Experience advising, designing, developing, and delivering technology solutions for procurement business transformation
Experience collaborating with clients on process re-engineering, roadmap assessments, system implementations, reporting, and analytics
Experience managing support engagements, priority-based tickets, SLAs, and root-cause analysis
Solid functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, including ERP integration and SaaS platforms
Prior consulting experience with Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is preferred
Experience being responsible for configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of S2P Suite settings and software demonstrations
Support practice development initiatives and contribute to knowledge management
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; multiple tool certifications preferred

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university

Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
