Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Engineering, and Finance to shape robust demand planning and forecasting strategies, while also partnering to optimize supply plans supporting network and data center growth. Work with suppliers to increase production capacity and address material constraints, using informed trade-offs. Develop dynamic forecasting models factoring in cost optimization, AI strategies, and network needs, and leverage planning systems and software to automate and enhance supply chain accuracy. Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization, and design collaboration, while effectively communicating plans across all organizational levels. Lead the IBP/S&OP cycles for seamless alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
● 3 - 7 years of experience in supply chain-related roles. Demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning experience
● Technical knowledge of hardware forecasting approaches and supply chain demand planning
● Ability to design advanced forecast models, predictive analytics and demand sensing capabilities using ERP models and/or internally built systems
● Knowledge of NetEng systems utilization / forecasting data models
● Advanced demand planning / ERP systems design and usage (O9/SAP/Oracle)
● Statistical / Stochastic Forecasting development (Ex. Monte Carlo modeling)
● Master Data management / Planning BOM management
● Core understanding (and driver) of the Integrated Business Planning process
● Basic coding skills (Apps Script, SQL)
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
● Experience in hyper-scale technology
● Detailed oriented, ability to communicate complex problems and solutions, strong drive to collaborate, and strong bias for action to overcome challenges
● Strong process/system background and proven ability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems
● Experience in solver-based systems, as it pertains to demand analytics and forecasting
● Ability to design advanced forecast models, predictive analytics and demand sensing capabilities using ERP modules and/or internal built systems
● Detailed knowledge of network hardware architecture and technologies
