Position Summary

Level: EBS RICEW – Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

Lead client engagement to analyse complex business processes and technical requirements, translating them into strategic Oracle EBS RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) solutions. Architect, design, and oversee the development and configuration of advanced RICEW components for Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including integrations, reports, and data conversions. Direct fit-gap analysis, documentation, code development and unit testing, ensuring best practices and quality standards. Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving technical RICEW issues. Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions and mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

· 7 to 11 years of technical experience in Oracle EBS implementation or upgrade projects, with deep expertise in Oracle development tools such as Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
· Advanced hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating Cloud Technical RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) using Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA Suite.
· Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and all aspects of technical design, development, deployment, and maintenance of RICEW objects.
· Proven leadership in client collaboration, fit-gap analysis, technical documentation, testing, and user training for RICEW deliverables.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of mentoring junior team members.
· Understand Oracle Cloud basic module functionality (RTR, P2P), Lookups, tech related Setup and Maintenance Activities/ESS Jobs
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Good to Have Skills

· Exposure to additional Oracle technologies ((ODI, OBIEE, OCI), Informatica and Oracle Cloud (SaaS), and Oracle certification
· Experience with Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, or SCM modules
· Strong understanding of industry standards, guidelines, and best practices across IT enterprise
