Position Summary

Level: Oracle Cloud Technical – Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

Collaborate with team members to understand business processes and technical requirements, translating them into strategic Oracle Cloud application solutions. Architect, design, and oversee the development and configuration of advanced technical components for Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including integrations, reports, and data conversions. Direct fit-gap analysis, technical documentation, testing, and user training, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Drive collaboration with global teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud technical solutions and mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

7 to 11 years of technical experience in Oracle Cloud implementation or upgrade projects, with expertise in Oracle development tools (Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OAF)
Advanced hands-on experience with Cloud Technical RICEW components (Reports, Conversion, Interface) and integrations using Oracle Fusion Middleware/SOA Suite
Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and technical design, development, deployment, and maintenance of RICEW objects
Proven leadership in client collaboration, fit-gap analysis, technical documentation, testing, and user training
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience mentoring junior team members

Good to Have Skills

Exposure to additional Oracle technologies (ADF, ODI, Informatica, OBIEE, Oracle Cloud), deployment/version control tools, and Oracle certification
Experience with Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, or SCM modules
Strong understanding of industry standards, guidelines, and best practices across IT enterprise

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.S (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
