Position Summary
Level: Oracle Cloud Supply chain – Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand supply chain business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. Lead the configuration of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules and oversee fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, and user training activities. Take ownership of troubleshooting and issue resolution, coordinating with global teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality supply chain solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills
- 4–7 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with at least one full-cycle implementation as a team member or team lead.
- Hands-on experience with key Oracle SCM modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, and Costing.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design business processes, and configure Oracle SCM applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Good to Have Skills
- · Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models and experience mentoring junior team members.
- · Experience with end-to-end cycles such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
- · Ability to lead an entire work stream within Oracle SCM projects.
- · Broad understanding of supply chain, planning, and manufacturing processes across multiple industry domains.
- · Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicting opinions and multiple stakeholders.
