Position Summary
Level: Oracle Cloud Finance – Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide support for delivery teams and staff in local offices, lead the design, configuration, and customization of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules to meet client objectives. Conduct workshops, training, and fit-gap analysis. Oversee technical development and testing, create functional documentation, resolve issues, and mentor junior resources. Collaborate with global teams and participate in firm-level initiatives.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Functional experience with at least two Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets (FA), or Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
- Experience as a team member or team lead in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and drive business process design.
- Experience with functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
- Proven experience mentoring junior staff and leading work streams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Certification: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials certification preferred.
