Position Summary
Level: Oracle Cloud Finance - Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and requirements, translate them into Oracle application solutions, and configure Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules. Lead fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, and user training. Mentor junior resources, participate in project meetings, and contribute to firm-level initiatives.

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Functional experience with at least two Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets (FA), or Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
- Experience as a team member or team lead in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and support functional configuration and testing.
- Experience creating functional specifications, test plans, and test scripts, and conducting application testing.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Certification: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials certification preferred.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Experience mentoring junior staff or leading a work stream.
- Advanced degree in a relevant area (Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering).
- Experience in multiple industries or with additional Oracle modules.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
· BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
