Position Summary

Level: Oracle AI Developer – Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

Collaborate with team members to understand complex business processes and technical requirements, translating them into robust Oracle AI solutions. Design, develop, and configure advanced technical components for Oracle AI modules, including integrations, reports, and data conversions. Oversee fit-gap analysis, technical documentation, code development and unit testing, ensuring best practices are followed. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions. Coordinate with global teams to deliver high-quality Oracle AI solutions and mentor junior team members.

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

· 4 to 7 years of technical experience in Oracle AI implementation projects

Strong hands-on experience in building AI agents/ Agentic AI applications with Oracle Fusion AI Studio
Hand-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services (GenAI Service, Functions, API Gateway, Data Science, Autonomous DB, OIC AI Data Platform).
Hands-on experience in OIC/ VBCS/ BI Publisher/ Redwood UI extensions PaaS development
Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, REST APIs
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials/ SCM)
Exposure to broader Architectural concepts & Leading Practices of AI/ML or Generative AI, Agentic AI solutioning.
Conceptual understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, multi-agent systems, and integration with enterprise apps.
Familiarity with RBAC security, compliance, and governance in Fusion cloud

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to cross-cloud AI ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside OCI.

• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, NVIDIA NIM, Hugging Face)
