Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
Ensure CMDB policies, procedures, and standards are enforced while defining and maintaining its scope and critical configuration items. Regularly track CMDB performance against SLAs, lead stakeholder discussions, and resolve conflicts to support alignment. Work collaboratively to define requirements and design enhancements to the CMDB, actively configuring and evolving the tool. Oversee CI identification, registration, and updates, while implementing data quality controls and conducting audits to maintain data integrity. Address discrepancies with stakeholders, integrate CMDB processes with Change and Release Management, and supply relevant data for impact analyses and CAB meetings. Generate insightful reports, analyze data for trends, and recommend ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery
- Certification: CSA
- Enforce CMDB policies, procedures, and standards
- Define and maintain CMDB scope & critical CIs
- Track CMDB performance against SLAs
- Lead stakeholder discussions and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate to define requirements and design CMDB
- Configure and evolve the CMDB tool
- Manage CI identification, registration, and updates
- Implement data quality controls and conduct regular audits
