Position Summary
Level: Manager or equivalent
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet business and functional needs across ITSM, CSM, SPM, and HRSD. You’ll develop integrations, automate processes, and support platform stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and deploying bug fixes. Responsibilities include evaluating configuration options, participating in design sessions, reviewing requirements, maintaining documentation, and providing user training. You’ll ensure adherence to best practices, drive continuous improvement, and deliver robust solutions across environments while accommodating project support hours.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10 years+ of ServiceNow Developer Experience in a Large - Complex environment is required
- Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets
- Advanced Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON, REST and SOAP
- Should be an Subject matter expertise, who will act as Technical Product Advocate by designing / developing / supporting various ServiceNow Products; with a blend of expertise in ITSM, SPM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM and other custom applications within ServiceNow platform
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Experience with Asset, CMDB, Orchestration and ServiceWatch
- Leads & guides Team / Manage major project deliverables
- Proficient in Agile development and all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Must be professional, well-spoken and able to interact with onsite teams and customers
- Must be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- ServiceNow CSA is mandatory
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems
- Understanding of ServiceNow’s Agentic AI framework
- Familiarity with integrating Generative AI models within ServiceNow workflow
- Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist
- ITIL v3 / v4
- Agile / Scrum Certified.
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
