Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
In this role, you will support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across business applications, including testing and production environments. Responsibilities include configuring, designing, testing, and analyzing solutions, as well as developing new capabilities. You’ll evaluate customer requirements, translate them into effective processes, and solve complex data and process challenges. Collaboration with global and virtual teams is key to ensuring timely project delivery. You’ll engage in hands-on configuration, functional design, testing, and technology support, while mentoring junior colleagues. Participation in project meetings, ongoing training, career development, and firm-level initiatives is expected to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and BCC.
- Hands-on support experience (1–2 projects) with various OpenText VIM components.
- Expertise in OpenText VIM versions 7.5 or 16.3, Business Center (BC), and Business Capture Center.
- Strong knowledge in archiving, enterprise scan, ICC/BCC configuration, and VIM system installation.
- Good understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes and EDI, crucial for the role.
- Experienced in configuration and enhancement of OpenText VIM, including complex invoice workflow approval design.
- Ability to configure Archive Link, document pipeline, IDOC interfaces, and VIM document types.
- Skill in designing and configuring roles, document processing, blocking workflow processes, and VIM central reports.
- Proficient in enhancing indexing screens, approval classes, charts of authority, and configuring process options.
- Familiarity with standard OpenText VIM Fiori Apps and troubleshooting ICC/BCC and Fiori scenarios.
- Experience in developing functional specifications, configuration rationale, and project documentation.
- Provides user training and supports users during testing and deployment phases.
