Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
As an MDG Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Master Data Governance components across various process areas, leveraging FPM, BRF+, DRF, and ABAP technologies. At Deloitte, there is a strong emphasis on quality due to the organization's CMMI certification, so you’ll be expected to ensure thorough documentation during the build phase and actively participate in review activities, including both self-review and peer review. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing functional specifications, preparing technical specifications, translating these into code, conducting technical unit testing, maintaining comprehensive documentation, tracking timesheets, and effectively utilizing project management tools as trained. Additionally, you’ll interact with functional teams for issue resolution and capture minutes of meetings during technical review sessions, ensuring all aspects of the development process are well-documented and aligned with project standards.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in technical roles
- Hands-on expertise in core areas such as FPM, BRF+, DRF, and ABAP development
- Demonstrated technical experience supporting or implementing SAP projects
- Solid understanding of functional business processes and how they integrate with technical solutions
- Strong ability to write detailed and effective technical specification documents
- Experience producing peer-reviewed technical documentation to ensure quality and clarity
- Proven success working in both small and large, collaborative team environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey technical concepts to cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management practices
- Practical experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies for efficient support and project delivery.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:
- 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
