Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
As a key member of our SAP GTS team, you will lead the resolution of incidents, change requests, and system enhancements, focusing on compliance and customs solutions. You’ll analyze and address system gaps, support change management, and guide teams to implement business process requirements, translating user needs into robust application solutions. Collaborating with business partners, you will resolve integration issues across SAP ERP, SAP GTS, and non-SAP systems while gathering and documenting detailed functional design specifications to support both current and evolving business needs. You will actively contribute to the global SAP GTS practice’s growth.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- You have at least 3 – 6 years of experience in SAP GTS project support/implementation, and thus have solid knowledge of the SAP GTS Solution, in one of the following domains:
- Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- Trade Preference
- Support experience with SAP GTS interfaces from data providers - denied parties, HTS content.
- Proven expertise to create requirement specifications based on architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
- Basic Configuration experience in SAP ECC Sales & Distribution along with GTS table structures, data elements/fields, & table inter-dependences
- You have a good understanding of the supply chain management processes.
- Experience in SAP modules other than SAP GTS is an asset.
- Technical knowledge (e.g., ABAP, SAP PI…) is an asset.
- You have good analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills.
- You are open to work in an international multicultural environment and to work abroad if needed.
- You have a university degree or the equivalent by experience.
- You are fluent in English, any other language, especially Chinese and German, is an asset.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:
- 24*7 including night shift as per business requirements
