Position Summary

Enterprise Performance

Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions

Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced ABAP Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

As a developer and ABAP and Fiori, you will design, build, and test RICEFW components across various process areas, ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with CMMI standards. Responsibilities include reviewing functional specifications, preparing technical documentation, translating specifications into code, performing unit testing, and maintaining thorough documentation. You will also track project tasks via management tools, document meeting minutes, interact with functional teams to resolve technical issues, and participate in self and peer reviews during the build phase. Timely completion of deliverables and adherence to quality processes are key to this role.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in SAP ABAP and Fiori
  • Hands-on expertise in Reports (ALV), Interfaces (file-based; optional: IDOC, ALE), Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI; optional: BTE, enhancement framework), Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart Forms; optional: Adobe Forms), and Conversions (BDC, BAPI; optional: LSMW)
  • Technical experience on at least 2 implementation/support project
  • Strong understanding of functional processes
  • Proficient in writing technical specification documents
  • Experience with peer-reviewed documentation
  • Proven ability to work in both small and large teams
  • Excellent communication skills

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

  • Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

  • 24*7 including night shift as per business requirements
