Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

As an Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant, you will support and optimize SCM modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, and Costing. You’ll lead or participate in full-cycle implementations, managing requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing. Your role involves collaborating with clients to enhance business processes, leveraging deep expertise in end-to-end cycles like order to cash and procure to pay. Exposure to onsite-offshore models and experience leading work streams add value. Exceptional communication skills and a background in engineering, business, or operations complete the profile for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Experience supporting Oracle SCM modules (MFG, PO, OM, INV, BOM, WIP, Advanced Pricing, Services, ASCP, Demantra, Costing)
Industry experience should be 3-6 years
3-6 year of Oracle SCM full-cycle implementation as team member or lead (added advantage)
Senior resource with key skills in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, configuration, and testing
Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models (added advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
Familiar with end-to-end cycles (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
Experience leading an Oracle applications work stream (preferred)

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
