Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

An Oracle Cloud PPM-Consultant empowers organizations to streamline and automate their financial operations, delivering real-time visibility, robust analytics, and seamless integration with other business functions. Practitioners passionate about client challenges in Finance, Supply Chain, and IT will join a unified group, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing across domains. They’ll advance their skills by engaging in advisory, implementation, and operational roles, participating in requirement-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, user training, and application testing. The role involves hands-on configuration, functional and technical support, and collaboration within global virtual teams. Continuous learning is emphasized through regular training on new technologies and mentoring junior colleagues. Practitioners also take part in project meetings, career development programs, and firm-wide initiatives, supporting personal growth and the delivery of exceptional client service.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 – 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM module: Project Foundation, Project Financials, Project Execution, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts (as in scope)
- Project setup: business units/legal entities/ledgers alignment, project types/templates, org structures, classifications, key members, task structures
- Costing essentials: expenditure types/categories, transaction imports, cost distributions, burdening/overhead, capital vs expense, adjustments/corrections
- Billing essentials (if applicable): contract configuration, rate schedules, billing events, invoice generation, holds/exceptions, revenue concepts
- Cross-module understanding: Financials (GL/AP/AR), Procurement (PO/invoice to project), Time & Labor (time entry/costing), HCM basics (worker/resource data)
- Implementation skills: requirements → to be design, fit/gap, user stories, configuration via Functional Setup Manager (FSM), configuration workbooks
- Testing & cutover: unit/SIT/UAT scripts, defect triage, reconciliation, cutover planning, hypercare support
- Reporting: OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports, project-to-GL reconciliations
- Data & integration basics: FBDI imports, REST/SOAP API awareness, integration flows for costs/billing/accounting
- Security/controls: role-based access control (job/data roles), project data access, segregation of duties (SoD) awareness
- Delivery skills: stakeholder management, clear communication with Finance and PMs, structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Education:
- A Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering, Business
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
- 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
