Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

An Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant empowers organizations to streamline and automate their financial operations, delivering real-time visibility, robust analytics, and seamless integration with other business functions. Leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, finance professionals can efficiently manage core processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and asset management. The platform enables smarter decision-making through advanced reporting, compliance tracking, and continuous process improvements. With strong security, scalability, and automation features, Oracle Cloud Finance supports rapid adaptation to evolving business needs and regulatory requirements, making it a preferred choice for enterprises seeking agility, transparency, and operational efficiency in financial management.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3-6 years of experience supporting Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, etc.)
 - Functional knowledge of at least one full-cycle Oracle Financials implementation (team member or lead, 1+ year)
 - Senior resource track record in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, and testing
 - Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models (added advantage)
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
 - Familiarity with end-to-end cycles (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
 - Experience leading an Oracle applications work stream (preferred)
 - Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud Projects modules (preferred)
 
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata
 
Shift Timings:
- 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
