Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Anypoint Platform API Development and Management.
Proven experience with Anypoint Platform, Dataweave transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong understanding of ESB concepts and core integration fundamentals, with proven experience in scalable, maintainable solutions that support enterprise-grade data and process flows
Strong understanding of API Security (OAuth/JWT), API lifecycle management, and API Governance.
Experience in configuring and utilizing a wide range of Anypoint connectors and components to enable seamless and reliable communication
Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP and RAML standards
Proficient in working with messaging queue/brokers such as AMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka, and JMS,
Experience integrating with major enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle).
Proficiency in exception handling, logging frameworks, MUnit, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certification: Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for integration projects.
Proficient in setting up and using monitoring tools to ensure system health and rapid issue resolution
Hands-on experience designing and deploying RPA solutions to streamline business processes
Understanding of MuleSoft Composer for low-code integration development
Skilled in developing and executing JMeter scripts for load and performance testing
Experience generating and managing TLS certificates and Java KeyStores for secure integrations
Familiarity with secrets management tools to safeguard sensitive information in integration workflow
Expertise in implementing advanced event-driven integration patterns and error-handling mechanisms
Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
