Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As a Business Analyst at the Consultant level within Deloitte, you will work with diverse teams to help clients address their most critical business challenges. You’ll analyze complex business issues, gather and document requirements, and support the design and delivery of innovative solutions that improve processes, enable technology adoption, and drive business value.
Work you’ll do:
· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
· User Story Creation: Translates high level requirements into detailed level user stories to be consumed by the development and testing pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value
· Process Mapping & Analysis: Assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop future state processes.
· Solution Design & Delivery: Support solution ideation, documentation, and delivery activities. Facilitates agile ceremonies such as kick off, iteration, estimation sessions and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly
· Project Support: Manage project documentation, track progress against milestones, prepare client deliverables, and support project management tasks. Drives efforts for production incident identification, workaround, and remediation
· Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders; act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
· Change Management: Assist in designing training materials, communication plans, and support change adoption among client user

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst capturing the requirements and maintaining the required documentation such as BRD, FSD/FDN/FRD, SRS using word/excel or any other requirement management tools (Confluence, JIRA, ADO, etc...)
- SDLC experience in most Agile frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe. Must have worked as a Liaison between Development and Business partners
- Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication and decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams catering to complex business environments operating at scale in hybrid work environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and (for some roles) data visualization or process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Tableau)
- Proficient in Agile project management tools (such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and Rally), with experience building dashboards to enhance transparency of delivery metrics
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
