Performance Improvement & Restructuring - Enterprise Value Program Delivery and Realization 

 

Deloitte’s USI Performance Improvement & Restructuring (PI&R) team seeks highly motivated individuals with strong analytical skills to help clients achieve profitable growth, strategically manage costs, and navigate financial risks. We are hiring Analysts specializing in Enterprise Value Program Delivery and Realization through Transformation Management Office (TMO) for Performance Improvement & Restructuring engagements. 

What We Do? 

Performance Improvement & Restructuring (PI&R) team delivers large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement innovative solutions to support performance improvement, margin transformation, and restructuring programs. These programs typically accompany structural changes in a client's business and operating model. 

Within Enterprise Value Program Delivery & Realization, we establish a new TMO / leverage the existing TMO to build the required structures, processes, and tools to effectively manage the initiatives and track the benefits which drive the client’s large-scale transformation. These initiatives would be typically identified during the planning and design phases of a margin improvement or restructuring engagement 

 

Role Responsibilities 

As an Analyst, you will be expected to independently deliver assigned tasks, analyze client requirements, and demonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise value delivery & transformation. 

Day – to – day responsibilities include 

  • Gather, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to transformation initiatives. 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress against transformation milestones and benefit targets through dashboards and presentations. 

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of tools, templates, and processes that support initiative tracking and value realization. 

 

Key Capabilities for Practitioners  

  • Experience in setting up Transformation Management Offices for large engagements related to: 

  • Operating Model Design & Transformation 

  • Service Delivery Model Design 

  • Revenue/Cost/Margin Optimization 

  • Digital Transformation 

  • Knowledge of revenue, cost, and margin levers for any of the below industries  

  • Life Sciences & Healthcare 

  • Consumer 

  • Financial Services & Insurance 

  • Technology, Media & Telecom 

  • Energy, Resources & Industrials 

  • Private Equity 

  • Ability to measure and report value realization (e.g., cost savings, revenue uplift, efficiency gains). 

  • Ability to interpret financial statements, cost structures, and operational data with experience in basic statistics, and financial calculations. 

  • Tools –  

  • Modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization in Excel 

  • Creating clear, executive-level presentations in PowerPoint 

  • Basic familiarity with Tableau, Power BI or similar data management tools 

  • Project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira etc. 

  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple workstreams and deadlines while ensuring accuracy in analysis and deliverables. 

  • Experience in change management, project documentation (charters, and decision logs) & ensuring compliance. 

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
