Position Summary

Real Estate Technology TRIRIGA–Consultant

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai

The Team

Deloitte’s Real Estate Technology team, part of the Infrastructure & Real Estate practice, empowers organizations to modernize their real estate portfolios with leading-edge technology. We deliver solutions for space, facilities, warehouse, lease, and capital projects management—utilizing IoT, automation, cloud platforms, and data analytics to maximize efficiency and value.

Our team helps clients optimize space utilization, enhance facility operations, digitize capital project workflows, Lease Management and make data-driven decisions for agile workplaces. We also support ESG and DEI objectives through innovative technology solutions.

We are looking for driven professionals with strong consulting backgrounds, a passion for technology, and the ability to work effectively across global teams. Ideal candidates will have experience with emerging real estate technologies, quick learning capabilities, and a track record of delivering impactful, tech-enabled solutions in a fast-paced environment.

At Deloitte I&RE, Real Estate Technology – TRIRIGA team, You

• Will be responsible for understanding and translating user’s requirements and configuring/ customizing those in the TRIRIGA application platform

• Will be responsible for hands-on configuration of the TRIRIGA solution through design, build and test phases

• Will perform root cause analysis of any process issues

• Will be required to understand data requirements to design, develop and implement data migrations / integrations

• Will implement and deploy Real Estate Technology Solutions for Deloitte’s global clients

• Will assist in / lead client interviews and workshops during discovery, analysis, and demo stages

• Will assist with development of project deliverables as required including

- Functional requirements

- As-is and to-be process flows

- Current and future state technology diagrams

- Functional design documents

- Use cases and test cases

- Test and training plans and materials etc.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Understanding of TRIRIGA application and platform, with hands on experience between 3-5 years

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing Real Estate Technology solutions

• Experience of working with Data Migration and ERP/IWMS Implementation engagements

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and set priorities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Application Upgrade and Platform Upgrade (optional and good to have)

• Basic experience of enterprise level integrations with applications such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or JDE (optional and good to have)

• Technical understanding of both software and database design, ETL, reporting and analytics
